As Managing Director, he is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of its business in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Maldives, Nepal and Bhutan, effective immediately. Dhupar previously served for five years as managing director for India and South Asia at Symantec, following a similar position at Autodesk. He has also held a variety of sales leadership positions at Sun Microsystems, Silicon Graphics and Digital Equipment Corp.
Dhupar is a postgraduate degree holder in Business Management form Bangalore University and is also a member of the advance management programme form the prestigious All India Management Association (AIMA). He started his career by joining DCM Data Products and then he moved to Digital Technologies and Silicon Graphics before joining Sun Microsystems.
