Tata Technologies has announced that it will be participating in the BAUMA Summit 2013 in Munich, Germany, from 15th to 21st April, 2013 to showcase its engineering services capabilities and experience in the Construction & Heavy Engineering (C&HE) industry.
Richard Welford, President, EU Global Solutions, Tata Technologies, said, “We have considerable expertise from working with OEMs and Tier-I’s in the C&HE space all over the world. Europe is a key market for us and we consider the opportunity here to be significant. Our thought leadership has enabled realistic and actionable plans for product innovation, value creation and business transformation. Tata Technologies heads a ‘Special Interest Group’ in association with the Indian IT industry body, NASSCOM, for driving innovation in this segment and efforts are under way in Europe to set up a similar group.”
He added that BAUMA attracts thousands of local and international visitors and exhibitors from the C&HE segments under one roof. The event will be attended by construction companies, public administration, colleges/universities and scientific institutes and all of them play a significant role in the C&HE ecosystem.
