The technology distribution company reported strong FY26 growth driven by rising ICT demand, expansion in AI-led solutions, semiconductor initiatives, and continued momentum across Tier-2 markets and enterprise technology segments.
Rashi Peripherals Limited, popularly known as RP Tech, reported robust financial performance for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, supported by growing demand for ICT products, favourable pricing trends, and continued expansion across emerging technology segments.
The company posted consolidated revenue of Rs 44,894 million in the fourth quarter of FY26, registering a 51 percent year-on-year increase. Net profit for the quarter rose 64.7 percent to Rs 868 million, while EBITDA grew 41.4 percent to Rs 1,326 million. Diluted earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 12.49.
For the full financial year FY26, RP Tech reported consolidated revenue of Rs 158,273 million, marking a 14.9 percent growth compared to the previous fiscal year. EBITDA increased 52.8 percent to Rs 4,587 million, while net profit climbed 34.6 percent to Rs 2,823 million. The company’s diluted EPS for FY26 stood at Rs 41.18 per share.
The company attributed the growth to sustained channel demand, especially in Tier-2 markets, along with healthy momentum in categories such as components, storage, lifestyle technology products, and enterprise solutions.
Strategic partnerships and expansion initiatives
During the financial year, RP Tech strengthened its technology portfolio through new partnerships with Dell Technologies and Teachmint Technologies. The collaboration with Dell Technologies is expected to enhance the company’s commercial offerings, while the Teachmint partnership will support expansion in AI-powered digital learning solutions.
The company also expanded its branch network by adding new locations in Nanded, Baramati, and Solapur to deepen market reach across emerging regions.
RP Tech further strengthened its semiconductor business with the launch of subsidiaries in India and Singapore, reinforcing its focus on high-growth technology opportunities. It also supported the India launch of Oura, expanding its presence in the premium health-tech and lifestyle segment.
As part of its AI-focused initiatives, the company organised an eight-city AI Bootcamp that engaged more than 2,500 developers and over 300 CXOs to discuss AI infrastructure and enterprise use cases.
