Pitney Bowes India introduces IDP solution
Pitney Bowes India has introduced complete In-House Mailstream solution with a printer and post-printer solution embedded together in one platform. The solution will be a boon to customers facing organizations like Banks, Financial Services, Insurance, Real Estate and Hospitals to process their confidential documents or mail pieces like high-net worth customers with speed, accuracy and integrity without any human interference, thereby maintaining utmost security on their database.
The Integrated Document Printing (IDP) can churn out prints up to 62 pages per minute with automatic folding, selective inserts as per the customer’s profile, and sealing of the document and can generate MIS reports to track mail piece. On that will serve as one-stop solution for verticals dealing in large volumes of mailers, invoices, statements, purchase orders and announcements with almost no fear of data counterfeiting.
K. M. Nanaiah, MD, Pitney Bowes India, said, "IDP is taking us a step closer to delivering integrated CCM capability in the Indian market while making the process seamless. It is truly a data to mail piece solution all-in-one compact console. Companies are investing significantly in acquiring customers and it is important for them to protect the customer information. Hence, a system that maintains high-level document integrity is key as compared to manual processes of sending communication."
IDP ensures that the mailers inserted in the envelope are of the same person for which it is being dispatched. The new In-House Mailstream Solution manages the entire workflow of document from composition to printing to folding, inserting, and dispatching by enhancing data integrity and privacy. IDP reduces the need of outsourcing and brings control and security over the critical data in-house.
