Nikon India has announced the launch of its aesthetic COOLPIX Spring Series 2013. Timed with the entry of this new collection, the new marketing campaign titled ‘Simply WOW’ was also unveiled with the aim of highlighting the benefits and features of the new range built for consumers seeking superlative image quality with the ease-of-use of a compact camera.

The launch included 17 new models with 69 color variants along with COOLPIX A. COOLPIX A is the first COOLPIX compact digital camera to be equipped with a DX-format CMOS sensor. It has capabilities comparable to those of a digital SLR camera in a compact body and a new and exclusively designed wide-angle 18.5mm, f/2.8 fixed focal length NIKKOR lens.
The Nikon COOLPIX collection now has 22 models with the addition of 17 new models in the Spring 2013 collection. All 22 COOLPIX models are available across pan India. Nikon COOLPIX A is priced at Rs. 54,950. The P Series models (COOLPIX P7700, P520 and P330) are priced between Rs. 24,950 to Rs. 16,950. The S series models (COOLPIX S9500, S9400, S800c, S6500, S6400, S5200, S4400, S3500, S3400, S01, S2700 and S31) are priced between Rs. 18,950 to Rs. 5,950. The L Series models (COOLPIX L820, L320, L610, L28 and L27) are priced between Rs. 15,450 to Rs. 4,990 and the AW series model (COOLPIX AW110) is priced at Rs. 16,950.
