Google plans to buy InMobi

To strengthen its offering in the competitive mobile advertising space, Google is said to be in talks to acquire India’s start-up InMobi.
Started in 2007 and with 1 billion users across 200 countries by now, InMobi helps target phones and mobile devices in their advertising.
It is speculated that the deal will close at around $1 billion as the negotiation details are not made public yet.
